AVO Turboworld's New Gen 3 2.5" front pipe kit for the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota 86 is made from high-grade stainless steel, ensuring longevity, and comes with a ceramic coated as well to keep under bonnet temperatures down. Your factory OEM front pipe also uses a fairly restrictive front catalytic converter. The AVO front pipe addresses this issue with a single large 5" body high-flow metal catalytic converter, larger than available from most other makers. All this adds up to a huge decrease in back pressure and a big increase in performance due to volume. The intermediate pipe section after the cat is 2.5" mandrel-bent with the transmission mounting bracket. AVO has also manufactured an OEM style flex setup as it is required to fit with the factory OEM Catback exhaust. Without the donut gasket and OEM spring-loaded bolts, then your headers and any welds forward of the flex are prone to cracking. The stainless flanges are stainless steel that is 10mm thick and will not warp under the harshest of conditions. The thickness of our exhaust tube is 1.5mm which is thicker than most aftermarket front pipes. This helps with noise absorption and with the longevity of the product. With the AVO product, you are guaranteed a product that will truly deliver all its promises and exactly what you expected.
